Drug Addict? Chinese Woman Sets Hotel Ablaze In Lagos

A Chinese woman identified as Zhen Zhen, has been arrested for allegedly setting ablaze a hotel in Lagos.

The Lagos State police command’s spokesperson, SP Dolapo Badmos confirmed the development. Badmos said that on Tuesday July 5, at about 8pm, the suspect lodged with her boyfriend, one Jian Feng, at Ernest hotel, located at 28, Bamishile Street, off Allen, Ikeja, Lagos.

“The suspect allegedly set ablaze some parts of Ernest hotel while using hard substance in her room.’’

Badmos said property valued at about N24million were reported to have been destroyed in the fire.

What kind of "hard substances" was she using that led to such monumental damage to the hotel? The police sure have to give more details in this case and make sure that woman is not allowed to escape.
