Flooding Wahala in Lekki, Lagos: Car gets stuck in floodwater

I've received many complaints from people, including celebrities living in the Lekki and Ajah axis of Lagos island. What I've learnt so far is that drainage systems in most of the areas are either blocked or inadequate. Cars are breaking down inside flood, men and women entering dirty water to get home...
