Four of the armed robbers, including their leader, raiding commercial banks in Lagos and Ogun States, met their Waterloo in Delta State.
Led by CSP, Abba Kyari, the Inspector General of Police Special Intelligence Responses Team, SIT, trailed the robbers to Sapele area of Delta State, where sources disclosed that a police officer lost his life during an exchange of gunfire. The suspects sustained bullets wounds and were arrested.
The gang leader, identified as Kelly Foto, A.K.A, Kelvin, is alleged to be the notorious Kelvin of Kokori, who had terrorized the entire South South and South East in the past.
